Those final days of pregnancy can make a woman go crazy! You’re so bloated and huge you could pop. Sleep is almost non-existent because of how uncomfortable you are. The frequent bathroom breaks are enough to consider camping out in your bathroom. You don’t dare eat too much in fear of even more discomfort. The heartburn is unbearable.
You’ll start researching natural ways of inducing labor, just to finally have relief. Of course some of these could work, but most of them won’t. In the end, baby is coming when it wants to. So doing this can just make you even more out of your mind. I know it has for me!

I know you two are excited to meet your baby brother, but this will bring on many new things. Mommy will be needing your help, and the biggest help you can give Mommy is patience.
Mommy is going to be up at all hours of the night feeding and changing your baby brother’s diapers. She’ll be tired and possibly forgetful. Baby brother is going to demand most of her time. Mommy will be in pain and healing after having baby brother. Mommy may not always be able to play with you, and this saddens me.

I think one of the greatest things about being a school bus driver is working alongside with schools. That means being on their schedule. This includes you not having to work weekends, and even better, holidays.

This is to my sweet, little growing baby boy still snuggled inside my womb. Mommy already loves you. And Mommy can’t wait to meet you.
But I also have mixed feelings considering your arrival. Although the thought of finally having you in my arms brings me great joy, it also saddens me. I’m being selfish. I want to keep you all to myself. I want you to stay with me. We have our little bond together.

My soon to be middle child seems to break anything he touches. If he had powers, things would just disintegrate upon his touch. Nothing is safe in this little guys hands.
At first, it was passed off as his fine motor skills aren’t perfect yet, or he didn’t know his own strength, or just purely because of his age that he didn’t know any better. But, as he’s getting older we are finding out the hard way nothing has changed with his destruction.

Ah, yes. The schedule of a school bus driver, the split shift. To me, it’s a love/hate kind of thing.
Us school bus drivers work around the times children go to school and when school ends for the day, cuz you know, we bring them to and from school. This means we typically don’t work during the midday.

Today, I am 34 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy. If I’m “lucky”, I only have 6 weeks left. In the last couple weeks, the size of my belly exploded to an uncomfortable size. It grew so big so quickly, people are now joking that I could have two in there, even my husband says this (please no).
I am still not at the point where I want to be done being pregnant. I have too much to still do to want to be done being pregnant. If the baby came now (okay, how about a healthy gestational age of 37 weeks the earliest) I’d be even more overwhelmed than I am now. Nothing would get done after baby boy arrives. Once he’s here, it’s basically all about surviving those first few weeks with him, not starting projects.

I love this smoothie! To me, it’s delicious!
My midwife says I need to increase my protein intake and eat more. So that’s what I am doing.
It’s easy to make, and can either be a meal of its own, since it has so many calories, or a good way to get what you need when you are falling short.

Hey! I’m actually writing this post while on a charter!
What is a charter? Kids like to call them field trips. These can also be softball games (like this one I’m on now) where I take the team to the place they play the game.
Charters are a good way to make extra money in the week aside from your regular daily school route. If it fits in your schedule, and have the time, signing up for charters is a good idea.

When Considering adding a baby to your family, whether it be your first or third (like me), a few conditions come to mind about the changes needed to be made to include the new bundle of joy. The basics would be the cost, changes in routine, how much your sanity can handle, and another one being .. space.
Some families already have the space in their current home. Some families can afford upgrading to a bigger home. Or there’s families, such as mine, that live in a home perfect for their current sized family but either can’t move into a bigger home yet or don’t want to for various reasons.
